My goal as a coach is to help you find that place where you can go at any given moment to feel lifted, excited...free.

What is coaching?

Imagine the life you've always dreamed of living, with no barriers or boundaries. Imagine a life rich with success and achievement, endless physical vitality, heartfelt personal relationships, spiritual fulfillment and balance between it all 

Coaching does not focus on “why,” but “ what now?” It shifts problems into goals. It looks forward, not analyzes the past! 

A Coach stays with you throughout the process to help and guide you, create actionable plans, break down what holds you back and motivate you to move forward. Coaching works because you are held accountable for your actions.

In coaching, you will not analyze the past, but looks toward the future to figure out what to do next and make it happen.

When & How long are coaching sessions?

The initial meeting with your coach will be 30-45 min long.
Sessions will be 30 min long 2 or 3 times per month, the meeting and times will be established between you and your coach. Between sessions they will be E-mail support to answer any questions. 

How long does the coaching continue?

There is no set time. You continue to work with your coach until your objectives have been made.
Most clients find 9-18 session. Other clients continue for a long extended periods of time. 

How is life coaching different from therapy?

The therapy process focuses on helping clients overcome past problems that impede their ability to function in a normal day to day manner. Therapists direct their clients to revisit past events to discover and resolve conflicting issues that have burdened them. Therapists are experts in their field. Therapists and their clients frequently form a very strong confidential bond.

The life coaching process focuses on you (The client) achieving your chosen future coaching goals. Life coaches are equal partners who assist you to improve and grow as a person as the means to achieve your goals. Life coaches assist you to become the world's leading expert on your and take the actions necessary to achieve your goals. You will have control over the results you achieve through coaching. You will form a strong confidential bond with your coach.

What is the best way to guarantee success?

While there are no guarantees, there are things you and your coach can do to make the relationship a success. First find the right coach for you. Second be open to new ideas, challenges and change. Be coachable and expect success.

The most important thing to remember about life coaching is that your success lies within you! A life coach will help you identify your strengths and focus on goals that are important to you. They will help you overcome obstacles and work to strengthen your weaknesses. But the final key to success is you.
